Overview of returns, exchanges and Refunds

We want you to enjoy your purchase, and we understand that sometimes life happens. Our refund and return policy allows you 14 days from the date your purchase was delivered to ship the item back to the seller. If 14 days have passed since the item was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please contact us to request a return, exchange or refund.

Payment Returns

Returns

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new/unused condition in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs as well as any loss in value of the item returned. Returns will not be processed until the item is received by Jackie’s Jewel Box. We suggest you insure and track your return since we cannot process a refund until the item has been received by us.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us if you need to exchange an item.

Refunds

When your item has been received by Jackie’s Jewel Box we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After unpacking and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. If your refund is rejected, we will send notify you via email.

Terms and Conditions

  • Our return and exchange policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damages resulting from unique, accidental or random damages.
  • All decisions made by Jackie’s Jewel Box are final.
  • Please contact us first to request a return or refund.

Several types of items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Items damaged due to improper use are not eligible for refund or return.
  • Items lost due to incomplete delivery addresses are not eligible for refund or return.
  • Customized or specially commissioned items are not eligible for refund or return.
  • Downloadable products are not eligible for refund or return.
  • Items sent to you as exchange or replacement are not eligible for refund or return.
  • Discounted, sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for refund or return. Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds take time to process before the refund is posted. Please allow 7-10 days after your refund is processed by us to receive the funds to your original payment method. If after 14 days you have not received your refund, you may contact us.
